Mr Gooding is formerly a long standing partner at Ernst & Young and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Based on over 20 years experience, he is currently a partner of Gooding Pervan and advises to a wide range of businesses with particular emphasis relating to taxation and accounting issues, due diligence and feasibilities, and general business advice.

Mr Gooding also has a number of other directorships of companies in many different segments of business. He is currently chairman of several of these companies including the West Coast Eagles, Clinical Cell Culture Ltd, Australian Wine Holdings Ltd, Service Finance Corporation Ltd and a board member of RAC Insurance, RAC Holdings Pty Ltd and St John of God Health Care.

Mr. Wallace is currently the Head of Corporate (Western Australia) for Bell Potter Securities Ltd, Australia’s largest retail broking house.

Prior to joining Bell Potter, Mr Wallace was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Challenge Bank Limited. He has held numerous directorships in Companies controlled by Challenge Bank Ltd including those holding the Bank’s Securities Dealers License (the R.E. for Financial Advisory activities) as well as a joint venture payments business with the U.S. banking group Chase Manhattan.

Mr Wallace is currently a director of HBF Health Funds Incorporated, and a director of ASX listed companies Tethyan Copper Limited, RuralAus Investments Ltd, Evans & Tate Ltd and Novacoat Holdings Ltd.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, an affiliate of the Securities Institute of Australia, and a Commissioner for Declarations.

Mr Wallace brings to the Company 38 years in the Banking and Finance industry with experience gained in all aspects of debt and equity raising.

Giuliano Sala Tenna, BBus (Distinctions), FFIN, GAICD

Non-Executive Director

Giuliano Sala Tenna works with Bell Potter Securities in Corporate Advisory and Institutional Sales.

Prior to this Giuliano was the Head of Institutional Sales with HFA Asset Management, an Australian based fund of hedge fund manager with over $5.5 billion in funds under management.

Giuliano has worked in the Finance Industry for over 12 years in various fields including Business Lending, Financial Advising, Business Development Management and Distribution of Financial Products.

Giuliano has completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Curtin University of Technology with a double major in Economics and Finance (With Distinctions). Giuliano has also completed the Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning at the Securities Institute of Australia (FINSIA), the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an ASX Derivatives Accredited Adviser.

Giuliano is a Member of the Golden Key National Honour Society, Fellow of FINSIA and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
